| NIMH is a research entity in the field of mental health in Czech Republic. We dispose of a large-scale multimodal database in first-episode schizophrenia patients (FES) and healthy controls. The ESOdb contains highly-phenotyped longitudinal visits (V1: baseline, V2: +1yr, V3: +3yrs) in order to track the progression of SZ with 3T MRI (MP-RAGE, DTI, H1-MRS, rsfMRI), biochemical, neurocognitive and genetic markers. ESOdb currently contains data from more than 1200 of such visits. |
