The European Robotics Forum (ERF) is Europe’s leading annual robotics and AI networking event, bringing together industry, research, and policy stakeholders to explore the latest innovations, challenges, and future directions in robotics.
After a very successful ERF 2025 in Stuttgart (DE) with 1,500 participants and Ideal-ist and NCP4Industry pooling resources to offer project idea checks onsite, ERF 2026 will take place in Stavanger (NO) from 23 March to 27 March. Ideal-ist will be onsite again, this time contributing a workshop to the programme called “Horizon Europe proposals ‐ How to make reviewers say ‘yes!’, not ‘yawn’“, which is scheduled for 24 March, 08:30 – 09:50 local time.
This workshop will give you a brief introduction into the Horizon Europe proposal writing process, followed by tips and tricks from experienced NCPs and Horizon Europe evaluators on how to write good proposals for the calls in the programme part Cluster 4 “Digital, Industry and Space”. As the call deadline for 2026 in this programme part is approaching quickly, there will be a specific section dedicated to last‐minute advice for your proposals.
This workshop is for you if you are attending ERF 2026, are interested in Horizon Europe Cluster 4 calls and/or would like to discuss the proposal writing and evaluation process with NCPs and evaluators. We look forward to seeing you in Stavanger!
