Digital info day – 14 October 2026
The Horizon Europe Cluster 4 digital info daywill take place online on 14October 2026, presenting the digital topics of the 2027 Work Programme. On 15 October 2026, the remaining Cluster 4 topics and NCP services will be presented.
The sessions will provide information on upcoming digital calls, including their scope, expected outcomes and key requirements. The programme covers areas such as key digital and quantum technologies, emerging enabling technologies, artificial intelligence and robotics, next-generation internet, advanced computing and big data.

Digital matchmaking platform – registration open until 2 September 2027
The Cluster 4 digital matchmaking platform helps organisations connect with potential partners for the 2027 digital calls. Participants can present their expertise, technologies or project ideas, identify organisations with complementary expertise and arrange bilateral meetings.
The platform is relevant both for coordinators building a consortium and for organisations looking to join proposals led by others.

Full Proposal Check
The Ideal-ist 2027 network offers a full proposal check service to coordinators preparing proposals for digital topics under Horizon Europe Cluster 4. The service is designed for proposals that are already at an advanced stage of preparation.
Experienced Horizon Europe evaluatorsreview selected proposals and provide feedback before submission, helping coordinators identify aspects that may need further clarification or improvement.
