To support you in preparing excellent proposals, Ideal-ist is organising a series of Full Proposal Check Events for the the Horizon Europe Cluster 4 Digital call topics with a deadline in October 2025.
How does it work?
At the full proposal check (FPC) event, you will receive in-depth feedback from experienced Horizon Europe evaluators and National Contact Points (NCPs) on your advanced proposal drafts.
IDEAL-IST kindly invites project proposal coordinators to submit their advanced drafts to our next Full Proposal Check, to receive feedback from experienced experts during a live feedback session. This service is free of charge, and covers a selected number of topics from Horizon Europe Cluster 4 with closing deadlines on the 2nd October (see list of topics below). Please note that not all call topics can be covered due to the large number of topics in the work programme. Please refer to the list of covered call topics on the FPC platform to make sure your topic is being covered!

Registration deadline: 5th September
Submission of advanced draft: 5th September EOB
Experts review: 9th to 12th September
Feedback sessions: 15th to 19th September
How to participate
- Register on the platform and indicate your availability for the week of the feedback sessions.
- Submit your proposal draft by the deadline.
- Wait to hear back if your proposal has passed the completeness check and is scheduled for a feedback session.
- If you are scheduled for a feedback session with evaluators, follow the instructions of the organisers to prepare for the session.
- Join the session at the appointed time and make the most of your feedback!
Target audience
Consortia coordinators with an advanced draft of the proposal by the draft submission deadline, attending to the selection of topics listed above. No other topics will be considered. If you want to know more about funding opportunities, please reach out to your corresponding National Contact Point.
