Consortium Agreement Models
Horizon Europe Rules for Participation and Dissemination require members of a consortium to conclude an internal agreement (referred to as a consortium agreement) to establish their rights and obligations with respect to the implementation and organisation of the action, in accordance with the Grant Agreement. The consortium agreement is a private agreement between the beneficiaries of the Horizon 2020 Grant.
Model consortium agreements are not endorsed by the Commission - they are model agreements that have been developed by various organisations as samples, that can serve as checklists, starting points or frameworks for the development of a consortium agreement suitable for the specific criteria, needs, and requirements of the given partners, and the given projects. These are not one-size-fits-all agreements.
