DIPSEH - Developing intelligent personal services to enhance health, quality of life and wellbeing

  The aim is the project is the development of personalized services, which will enable individuals, unrespectable of their age, to become co-producers of their health, to maintain good health status, healthy ageing and to improve ore maintain their quality of life and wellbeing with special emphasis on chronic diseases and stress. The main services will include:

• Measuring stress and health status
• Prevention of chronic diseases and stress
• Management of chronic diseases and stress
• Management of wellbeing and good health
• Assessing the genetic and other predispositions for chronic diseases and stres
  

The planed outcomes of the project are:

•    a "virtual individual” model, which comprises the  characteristics (e.g. personal profile, genetic preconditions, environmental and personal risk factors, healthy and unhealthy behaviours, personal preferences, physical and intellectual activity, hobbies, sleep patterns, health mental status indicators, stress, chronic diseases,  etc.);
•  a intelligent platform  for advanced sensors employment to acquire data on lifestyle aspects enumerated above including intelligent systems for early recognition of behavioral, health status and quality of life trends, predictors,  risks on the basis of heterogeneous data acquired by sensors and self assessment and systems for ICT-enabled disease prevention
•  a supportive ICT intelligent environment to manage awareness about healthy behaviours, offer personalised guidance,liquid  mLearning in the manner to support positive behavioural changes;
•  establishment of a new ecosystem of stakeholders, engaging also actors such as fitness, food, health insurance companies, policy makers and media
